We have a world class manufacturing unit, which is outfitted with a series of advanced machines and equipment. All suction units are manufactured in a dust free environment. The capacity of our unit is 400-600 suction units per month and it is one of the largest manufacturing unit in India. Few important departments that are working behind the wall are Administration, Machining, Assembling, Testing, R&D, Packing & Dispatch. These are managed by highly efficient team of technocrats and engineers, who work with an aim to offer total customer satisfaction to our clients.

We have special facilities for developing different types high quality molds and dies as well. The company has excellent sales network across the globe. Unless we mention our workforce, the infrastructure would remain incomplete. Some key personnel of prominence are engineers, technicians, designers, quality staff, research personnel, amongst others. 

Packaging

Packaging is an integral part of any organization's product delivery mechanism and it followed rigorously at our unit. We apply latest packaging techniques and cover our products in a tamper proof material that give protection from all sorts of damages & wear and tear due to poor transit conditions. We also offer "Custom Packaging" in wooden pallets for bulk orders ensure maximum safety of our products.

We have established a modern quality testing facilities that is equipped with various machines and tools allowing us to test our machines on different industrial parameters.

Our testing equipment are approved by the laboratory managed by the Govt. of India. At our advanced quality control department, we have provision to perform various tests like:

• Insulation Resistance Test
• Electric Shock Protection Test, etc.

Warehousing

Warehousing is yet another crucial part where we efficiently manage to overcome all storage hurdles through intelligent planning and meticulous frame work. Our warehouse is capacious enough to store 250-300 machines at any point of time. All warehousing techniques are effectively followed to ensure efficient material handling system.
